The Process

The basic steps of this process involves mixing / blending of powders with lubricant followed by consolidation of the powders in a die cavity to have a coherent shape called a "Green Compact", and passing this green compact through a furnace to achieve the final strength requirements of the product. Size control & additional machining facilities are available in house.
